I’m a truth-first leader who brings structure, clarity, and care to everything I do. I don’t perform—I build what lasts.

About Ruth

I’m Ruth Beauchemin, a truth-first leader with over 25 years in customer support operations. But titles only tell part of the story. What matters most to me is how I lead—with clarity, care, and integrity.

With experience spanning financial services, SaaS, and consumer tech, I’ve led large-scale operations, transformed vendor partnerships, and helped support organizations navigate rapid change without losing sight of the customer or the team.

I’m a strategic operator with a human lens—disciplined in execution, calm in chaos, and fluent in both metrics and morale. My StrengthsFinder results (Achiever, Strategic, Futuristic, Disciplined, Activator) mirror how I show up: forward-thinking, structured, and energized by meaningful progress.

I believe the best work cultures are rooted in clarity, respect, and shared purpose. I’ve learned that structure isn’t the opposite of care—it’s what allows care to thrive. Whether I’m building knowledge systems, leading during a layoff, or mentoring a new manager, my approach stays steady: tell the truth, build what lasts, and lead with presence.

Outside of work, I’m committed to a grounded life. I walk every day with my dog Journey. I write. I show up for what matters.

Journey’s Story

“Leading with clarity sometimes means walking into the unknown with courage and care. I recorded this on a hike with Journey — a reminder that movement and presence matter just as much as strategy.”
