Before We Begin
If you’ve made it here, it means something in your spirit said, yes—this is for me.
This is not a book of blame or bitterness. It’s a book of clarity, courage, and sacred disruption.
I wrote this in the aftermath of a season that stripped me down—emotionally, spiritually, and practically. But what emerged wasn’t just survival. It was the reclamation of voice, truth, and grounded power.
A Note on Language
In this book, I use terms like emotional abuse, gaslighting, and betrayal to name patterns and experiences—not to diagnose anyone, but to give shape and clarity to what was once foggy.
These words are sacred tools of naming, not blame. Use what resonates. Release what doesn’t. The truth lives in your body, your spirit, and your story.
What This Book Is / Is Not
This is not a book about getting over it.
It’s a book about getting through it—with clarity, grace, and power.
It’s not inspirational fluff.
It’s fierce, sacred truth.
And it’s yours now.
