A job description tells you what an employer is looking for. A Job Mission helps you understand what they're actually trying to accomplish.
In this interactive 90-minute workshop, you'll learn how to:
Look beyond job responsibilities to identify the outcomes an employer needs.
Use Job Mission + OKRs to understand what success in the role could look like.
Ask more purposeful questions during interviews.
Evaluate whether an opportunity aligns with what matters to you.
Get started creating and applying your own Job Mission.
You don't need to have a Job Mission already. We'll show you how to get started.
